Once again I have received another false DMCA takedown on my Ophidya pic by the lolcow Noah James Bangs a.k.a Starwars888. The artwork and characters are 100% mine and yet Deviantart allows this to happen. A friend has told me some information about AI art ownership. Even if an art thief uses someone's art for AI, the files have meta-data that still hands ownership to the original artist. The licence from AI apps does not bestow ownership. Therefore any OC/artwork that Noah Bangs a.k.a StarWars888 - Hobbyist, General Artist | DeviantArt makes from my artwork with an A.I. art program is rightfully mine.

UPDATE 3.6.2023: I've changed my mind and I've decided to stay on Deviantart, never let creepy art theives like Noah Bangs drive you away and shame on Deviantart for allowing this lazy slob to false DMCA on my own artwork. Harassed by Starwars888

For anyone who doesn't know I have been stalked and harassed by someone named StarWars888 a.k.a Paper Hat Society since 2014. This insanity started when he made a drawing of one of my OCs demise at the hands of Satan. I blocked him as any rational person would do but he followed onto Furaffinity begging me to unblock him. He asked me if he could draw my OC multiple times and I declined. So he make two copies of my OC. When I retailated with a pic of my own, he cried and throwing around the victim card saying I'm a bad person for attacking him. Since then I have left him alone and yet he continued to say what I bad person I am for 'attacking' him. Last August he wanted a truce with me and I agreed proving that he would leave me alone. However soon after that he makes more pics of my OC being killed off. I post this journal to warn people as what this person is truly like. Here is a journal going into detail about what he has done and how deceptive he is.
